Derde Vertelavond met Sterren in Veldhoven

Op 18 januari 2023 bestaat VerVe vijftien jaar als officiële vereniging. Dit derde lustrum vieren we met een openbaar toegankelijke, internationale editie van onze vijfjaarlijkse Vertelavond met Sterren. Dat betekent dat op vrijdag 20 januari beroepsvertellers uit België, Duitsland, Wales en Engeland naar Veldhoven komen. In ontmoetingscentrum De Ligt vullen ze vanaf 20.00 uur een magnifiek programma met niet één, maar twee, tweetalige vertelvoorstellingen. De eerste is in Nederlands-Duits, de tweede in Britse Gebarentaal-Engels.
De artiesten zijn Mia Verbeelen (B) & Kathleen Rappolt (D) en Tony Evans & Carl Cough (GB).
Alle vier hebben ze hun sporen ruimschoots verdiend in de internationale wereld van de vertelkunst. Als Vlaams-Nederlandse Vertelambassadeur bijvoorbeeld, met internationale optredens en als initiatiefnemers van vertelpodia en -projecten. Dat juist zij in Veldhoven optreden, komt omdat deze professionals over kwaliteiten beschikken waarmee ze anderen kunnen en zullen inspireren.
Ter gelegenheid van het vijftienjarig bestaan trakteren de vertellers van VerVe zichzelf, genodigden en belangstellenden op een avond vol vertelkunst van hoog niveau. Het publiek wordt vanaf 19.30 uur verwacht in ontmoetingscentrum De Ligt, Ligt 157 in Veldhoven. Het programma duurt van 20.00 tot 23.00 uur, inclusief nazit. De toegang kost €15 per persoon en doneert VerVe aan een goed doel dat in relatie staat met gebarentaal of culturele activiteiten voor doven en slechthorenden. Zodra dit betaalverzoek is voldaan, is de reservering definitief en staat u op de gastenlijst.

Third Storynight with Stars in Veldhoven
On January 18, 2023, VerVe will exist fifteen years as an official association. We are celebrating this third lustrum with a publicly accessible, international edition of our five-yearly Storynight with Stars. This means that on Friday 20 January professional storytellers from Belgium, Germany, Wales and England will come to Veldhoven. In meeting center De Ligt, they will fill a magnificent program from 8 p.m. with not one, but two, bilingual storytelling performances. The first is in Dutch-German, the second in British Sign Language-English.
The artists are Mia Verbeelen (B) & Kathleen Rappolt (D) and Tony Evans & Carl Cough (GB).
All four have more than earned their spurs in the international world of storytelling. As a Flemish-Dutch Storytelling Ambassador, for example, with international performances and as initiators of storytelling platforms and projects. The fact that they perform in Veldhoven is because these professionals have qualities with which they can and will inspire others.
On the occasion of this fifteenth anniversary, the storytellers of VerVe treat themselves, invitees and interested parties to an evening full of high-level storytelling. The public is expected from 7.30 pm in meeting center De Ligt, Ligt 157 in Veldhoven. The program lasts from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm, including a follow-up. Admission costs €15 per person and VerVe donates the proceeds to a charity that is related to sign language or cultural activities for the deaf and hard of hearing.
